McCall Commercial Builders is the commercial construction division of McCall Building Group LLC, a Florida-licensed general contracting firm operating in Central Florida. The commercial division was established to serve business owners, property owners, and developers who need a contractor that combines professional management systems with direct leadership access.
Rather than chasing volume, we focus on projects that fit our management capacity, trade network, and risk profile. This means company leadership remains engaged on every project — not delegated to project managers who are managing too many jobs at once.
We believe the best commercial construction outcomes come from early contractor involvement, disciplined preconstruction, qualified trade procurement, and active project management through a defined delivery process. That belief shapes how we pursue work, how we price it, and how we build it.
